You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, and to ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict its use, or give it to you or another organisation in a portable form. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Some rights do not apply in every case. For example, we must keep purchase records for the legal period even if you ask us to delete them.

6. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. Email support@housingdisrepairchecks.co.uk with the word "complaint" and your order number. We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing. Stripe may run automated fraud checks on payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.

9. Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and take payment. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this notice.
